Loft 163 - 4th Floor
Our fourth floor event space is a large (9000 sq. ft.) open concept hall. It has floor to ceiling windows, providing beautiful views of Moss Park and the Downtown East of Toronto. It has 20 ft. ceilings, polished concrete floors, and exposed venting, providing an industrial chic. It is equipped with a Yorkville sound system, has a rear throw mounted projector, and is lit by beautifully warm string lights extending through the space. We are able to accommodate everything from conferences to concerts, dance events in this massive and gorgeous fourth floor event facility.

Studio 163 - 1st Floor
Our first floor space is a flowing, 4000 sq. ft event production facility, that accesses a commercial kitchen, outdoor patio, gallery and lounge. 20 ft. ceilings offer large scale high definition projection, while the space is acoustically fantastic and equipped with surround sound Yorkville speakers and subwoofers. It has customizable lighting, and gallery finish walls to enhance your event production. We are fully integrated for hybrid conferences and events using Zoom or Teams, and are able to provide an AV Engineer to make your hybrid event a success. This space accommodates 150 persons seated, or 100 with round tables. It is fully accessible from street level, including the kitchen and patio. Consider this space for your next conference, concert, screening, marketplace or arts & culture production events.

Recording Studio - 3rd Floor
Our third floor recording studio offers professional audio production services including music recording, mixing, and mastering. Artists can record vocals and instruments with high-quality equipment in acoustically treated rooms. The studio also provides editing, sound design, voiceover recording, and podcast production, ensuring polished, industry-standard results for musicians, creators, and businesses alike.
Rental Rate: $50/hr
